The SAIL Program is a structured partial care program with youth who have serious emotional/behavioral issues that helps them reach their full potential for learning, growth, and emotional stability. The program is for 13-17 year olds. The Teen Intervene program is open to teens 12 to 19 years old at risk or suspected of mild substance use. The Director is responsible for program development, operation, and management; responsible for supervision of all staff and persons served in the programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manages both programs.
- Provides crisis consultation and management.
- Coordinates program services and activities with internal programs and external organizations.
- Ensures staff documentation and consumer training are completed per PBHG policy and/or licensing requirement.
- Provides supervision of program staff and youth.
Competencies:

Qualifications:
- Displays advanced knowledge in crisis management, psychotropic medications, community resources, cultural diversity, clinical assessment, group therapy and counseling, evidenced-based practices and program planning.
- Demonstrates knowledge in all areas of standards of consumer care and agency licensure and ensures program compliance.
- Skilled in evidenced-based best practices and treatment modalities.
- Astute in Trauma-Informed Care.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: All SAIL Staff and Teen Intervene Clinicians
